Payment Details
Payment must be received prior to the start of the event. You may
be refused entry to the event if payment has not been received by
the time the event commences. Payment can be made via credit card,
bank check or wire transfer. Please contact us for wire transfer
instructions.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing before 1 August 2004
in order to receive a refund, minus $100 administration fee. After
1 August 2004, refunds are not available. Substitutions may be
made at any time by contacting the registration manager, Jimina
Schmidt,
